Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of core product management practices with evolving scope and requirements.
• 10+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• 7-10 years' experience in requirements gathering and risk management when parameters are unclear.
• Experience in financial services with large datasets and statistical modeling is preferred.
• Experience using GenAI to accelerate PM activities (research, requirements, backlog, prototyping).
• Familiarity with credit risk modeling concepts and their applications.
• Experience with Jira and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with product management and strategy teams to develop analytical solutions in evolving environments.
• Collaborate with research, data science, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and scope boundaries.
• Manage cross-functional teams on complex projects with large datasets, statistical modeling, and AI agent systems.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements elicitation across multiple business segments.
• Assess feasibility, manage risks, and make decisions with incomplete information to ensure outcomes.
• Translate research findings into actionable product features delivering measurable business value.
• Navigate ambiguous environments while focusing on strategic objectives and outcomes.
• Embed AI into PM workflows to streamline discovery, stakeholder synthesis, Jira story creation, analysis, and planning.
• Identify repetitive PM activities and convert into reusable AI skills and workflows.
• Apply structured evaluation to AI outputs ensuring accuracy and human oversight.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to align initiatives with goals and market opportunities.
