Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Product Owner / Technical Business Analyst to support an enterprise GenAI platform in a financial services context.

You will own client success and account management for internal business units using the Orchestra AI platform. You will engage stakeholders, drive platform adoption, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and apply hands-on Python, SQL, and data-driven reporting to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst.
• Practitioner-level SAFe PI Planning experience.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• SQL data retrieval and analysis skills.
• Experience building dashboards and data-driven insights.
• Knowledge of AI/ML/GenAI in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with internal stakeholders for Orchestra AI platform.
• Drive adoption and engagement across Lines of Business.
• Translate business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Support SAFe PI planning with dependencies and alignment.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to communicate usage.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
