Job summary

Allied Benefit Systems, Inc. is seeking an AI Technical Product Owner in Chicago to lead internal AI initiatives across GenAI, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation in business workflows.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions, define roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with governance and ROI expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in product leadership roles with tech projects.
• Prior AI or machine learning product management experience is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and GenAI architectures.
• Executive-level communication to present progress and ROI.
• Experience with AI integration, data flows, APIs, and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI capabilities that drive measurable business value across decision support, semantic search, predictive modeling, and GenAI use cases.
• Define and own product requirements, AI roadmaps, and sprint plans with clear priorities.
• Coordinate with engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers for on-time delivery.
• Translate QA feedback into actionable improvements and refined requirements.
• Brief senior leadership regularly on technical progress and business impact.
