• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Partner with business users, technology teams, and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve application‑related challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI Product Owner, AI Support Lead, or Production Support Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience providing AI production support for business-critical applications (required).
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills (required).
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Credit, Banking, or Financial Services environments.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled applications, workflows, and support processes.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and production monitoring tools.
