Job summary

Orchestra AI is seeking a senior leader to drive onboarding for its GenAI platform within a major enterprise, overseeing governance, adoption, and delivery from design to deployment with executive visibility into health and readiness.

You will shape the program vision, align capabilities to platform needs, and partner with product teams to maximize value while managing complex dependencies and risks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for the enterprise GenAI onboarding program.
• Communicate roadmap to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee budgets with finance partners for personnel and expenses.
• Develop business cases for new capabilities and features.
• Ensure governance, readiness, and adoption across use cases.
• Manage portfolio risks, dependencies and release schedules.
• Improve processes, tooling, and automation for scalability.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance throughout lifecycle.
