Job summary

KeyBank is seeking an Enterprise GenAI Product Manager to coordinate product strategy, discovery, requirements, and roadmaps for centrally supported GenAI platforms and tools. You will partner with business units, governance, and technology teams to translate demand into product concepts and prioritized roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Eight+ years in product management, business analysis, platform strategy, or related roles.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into requirements, roadmaps, and solution recommendations.
• Experience with Generative AI, emerging tech, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery with business lines, end users, and governance partners to identify demand and opportunities for centralized GenAI capabilities.
• Translate stakeholder needs into product concepts, user journeys, requirements, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Lead design and evolution of the AI Marketplace and related GenAI products.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to deliver concepts into capabilities through design, development, testing, and release.
• Develop business cases, roadmap updates, and executive materials for enterprise GenAI decisions.
