Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a senior AI Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and end-to-end implementation of a new enterprise GenAI platform and its business use cases.

You will design architectures that integrate AI software and hardware with a focus on performance, scalability, resilience, and reusability, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver robust solutions, while addressing regulatory needs and regional requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in software development with multi-tier and microservices platforms.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee end-to-end implementation of the enterprise GenAI platform and related business use cases.
• Develop architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration, emphasizing performance, scalability, and resiliency.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver aligned technical solutions.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-priority technical solutions on time and within scope.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks across the entire software development life cycle.
• Establish standards and implement automation to improve end-to-end SDLC efficiency.
• Mentor team members in technical design, coding proficiency, and development best practices.
• Address regulatory and performance-driven requirements for regional and localized infrastructure.
• Conduct research and prototyping to evaluate new technologies and enhance overall platform capabilities.
