U.S. Bank is seeking a Lead Engineer (Generative AI) to design, develop, and operationalize enterprise-scale GenAI solutions. The role blends hands-on work with strong technical leadership, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI architectures to deliver secure, scalable AI systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or AI/ML solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on GenAI with LLMs, RAG, vector databases.
• Strong knowledge of agentic AI concepts and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable patterns.
• Proficiency in Python and microservices development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsabilidades

• GenAI solution engineering across enterprise-scale projects.

• Lead GenAIOps lifecycle planning, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
