U.S. Bank is seeking a Lead Engineer (Generative AI) to design, develop, and operationalize enterprise GenAI solutions. The role combines hands-on work with architectural leadership across LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI, delivering secure, scalable systems.

You will lead end-to-end GenAI initiatives, integrate with enterprise platforms, and ensure secure deployment, monitoring, and cost-efficient operations across Azure and AWS.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or AI/ML solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on GenAI experience with LLMs and RAG.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Proficient in Python and microservices.

Responsabilidades

• GenAI Solution Engineering: design, develop, deploy GenAI solutions.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle: architecture, integration, secure deployment, monitoring.
• Architect and deploy GenAI apps across cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
• Implement GenAIOps practices for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor senior engineers.
