Job summary

Bank of America is hiring an experienced software engineer to build enterprise GenAI and AI Platform capabilities. You will design, develop, and deliver reusable services and APIs supporting model development, deployment, inferencing, and governance.

You will partner with senior engineers, architects, and data scientists to deliver secure, scalable solutions using cloud-native tech, distributed computing, and enterprise engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering with Python.
• Experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or analytics in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of GenAI and data science platform architectures.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices with FastAPI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise GenAI platform services, APIs, and components.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote CI/CD practices.
• Design secure, observable, and resilient software aligned with enterprise standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
