Job summary

DBS is seeking a GenAI Specialist and Team Lead at The Center to drive data foundations and scalable GenAI initiatives within Global Transaction Services. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, sales, digital, governance, and technology to identify high-impact use cases and deliver measurable value.

This role requires 8+ years in banking, hands-on ML/AI experience, and strong communication to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in banking or financial services.
• Experience with ML/AI or GenAI initiatives.
• Strong data governance knowledge and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the data and knowledge base for GenAI within GTS.
• Coordinate with GTS Product, Sales, Digital, Governance & Control, Data Management and Tech.
• Drive GenAI deployment for sales leads, risk management and productivity gains.
• Define metrics and track outcomes against business objectives.
• Communicate status, challenges and successes to stakeholders.
