Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Generative AI-focused Business Development Specialist to lead GTM for the Bedrock AgentCore service. You will work across sales, marketing, partners, product, and services to expand adoption and drive new opportunities.

The role blends business strategy with hands-on market development and collaboration with a global AWS team. You will interact with customers and model providers to design scalable GenAI solutions, shape GTM plans, and influence product

Qualifications

5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

Lead Amazon Bedrock AgentCore GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams.
Leverage your domain expertise to create field enablement and sales strategy.
Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
Bring market signals back to product teams to inform AWS roadmaps and innovation.
Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
Demonstrate thought leadership and credibly represent AWS at industry events and conferences.
