Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Generative AI focused Business Development Specialist to drive GTM strategy for the Bedrock AgentCore service. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build scalable programs, and identify opportunities while collaborating with product, sales, and partner teams.

You will translate customer needs into market actions and influence product direction. The role demands deep GenAI domain knowledge, strong sales instincts, and the ability to engage C-Level

Qualifications

• 5+ years GTM, business development, sales, or consulting experience.
• 5+ years with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases, storage).
• 5+ years negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executives.
• Experience shaping strategic initiatives that influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon Bedrock AgentCore GTM across sales, marketing, partners, product, training, and services.
• Develop field enablement and sales strategy leveraging domain expertise.
• Support field teams in building solutions for high-priority customers.
• Provide market signals to inform AWS product roadmaps and roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM execution.
• Represent AWS with credibility at industry events and conferences.
