Job summary

Google is hiring an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to join the YouTube Business GTM AI Accelerator. You will bridge frontier AI capabilities with production-grade solutions, coding, debugging, and shipping AI-powered agentic workflows that transform GTM operations.

You will connect intuitive frontend experiences with complex backends and data pipelines, integrating LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows into enterprise workflows for measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• 6 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
• Experience with front-end languages (JavaScript or TypeScript).
• Experience with back-end languages (Java, Python, Go or C++) and building AI solutions around pre-trained models.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), distributed systems, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on GenAI proof-of-concepts (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) to translate business problems into software.
• Lead delivery of complex, production-grade AI solutions (multi-agent systems, model context protocol servers).
• Partner with Product Managers to co-create tool roadmaps enabling YouTube GTM operations.
• Author technical designs, write code, build frontends, define metrics, and deploy with eval pipelines and observability frameworks.
• Resolve data readiness gaps, integration complexities, edge cases, and state-management challenges to enable AI maturity.
