Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical software development experience.
• 4 years of full-stack software development and system design experience.
• Back-end language experience (Python, C++, Java, or Go) plus applied AI solutions/agentic workflow building.
• Database technology experience (SQL, NoSQL) with back-end data pipeline design and distributed systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build proof-of-concepts using frontier GenAI (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) to demonstrate feasibility and translate business problems into software solutions.
• Serve as engineering point-of-contact for delivering complex AI applications from rapid prototypes to production-grade solutions.
• Author technical design documents, write testable code, build front-end interfaces, and execute delivery from scoping through deployment.
• Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks ensuring agentic systems meet requirements for accuracy, safety, compliance, and latency.
• Identify and resolve technical barriers preventing AI maturity, including data readiness gaps and system integration complexities.
