Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering/CS.
• 8+ years of software development experience in Python or similar languages.
• Experience building data pipelines with vector databases and RAG-like architectures for enterprise AI.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade AI solutions from concept to launch.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a tech lead and developer with strategic AI partners for complex AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure AI systems meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
• Identify repeatable patterns and friction points in Google’s AI stack and convert them into reusable modules or feature requests.
• Co-build with a partner’s forward deployed engineering team to apply Google-grade development practices.
• Help partners build their own agentic delivery capabilities to ensure long-term success and ROI at engagements.
