Google LLC seeks a Lead GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer for YouTube GTM Operations to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that transform GTM workflows. You will build enterprise-grade AI apps, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and translate business problems into scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with product management, producing technical designs, and deploying production systems while ensuring safety and compliance across GenAI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or related quantitative field.
• 9 years of API or web app experience with scalable architectures and data pipelines.
• 8 years of full-stack development with Python/Go/Java/C++/TypeScript and enterprise AI.
• 4 years leading teams to create product roadmaps.
• 4 years as Tech Lead or Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build GenAI PoCs (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) to demonstrate feasibility.
• Serve as engineering Lead delivering complex AI applications to production.
• Partner with product management to co-create roadmaps for YouTube GTM operations.
• Write technical designs, implement code, and deliver end-to-end.
• Develop eval pipelines and observability to ensure accuracy, safety, and latency.
