Responsibilities
- Build proof-of-concepts using frontier GenAI (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) to demonstrate feasibility and translate business problems into software solutions Common
- Serve as engineering point-of-contact for delivering complex AI applications from rapid prototypes to production-grade solutions
- Author technical design documents, write testable code, build front-end interfaces, and execute delivery from scoping through deployment Common
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks ensuring agentic systems meet requirements for accuracy, safety, compliance, and latency Common
- Identify and resolve technical barriers preventing AI maturity, including data readiness gaps and system integration complexities
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical software development experience Common
- 4 years full-stack software development and system design experience
- Back-end language experience (Python, C++, Java, or Go) plus applied AI solutions/agentic workflow building Common
- Database technology experience (SQL, NoSQL) with back-end data pipeline design and distributed systems knowledge Common
- Preferred: cloud/containerized/microservice architecture; multi-step LLM, multi-agent, or MCP applications
- Preferred: vector databases and AI data-readiness; SRE/InfoSec/DevOps experience
- Preferred: GTM operations, enterprise sales workflows, or CRM/CMS integrations; consulting or zero-to-one background
