Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced AI/ML leader to oversee the design, development, and deployment of GenAI workflows within a wearable voice platform. You will define the roadmap for Gen AI capabilities, design autonomous AI behaviors, and lead end-to-end pipelines (ASR, LLM, RAG, TTS).

Collaborate with product, design, and data science to deliver ambitious AI projects. Ideal candidate has 8+ years in AI/ML, 2+ years in leadership, and strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML.
• 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of Digital workflows using GenAI LLM models and applications.
• Define and drive the product roadmap for Gen AI capabilities within a wearable voice platform.
• Architect end-to-end AI pipelines (ASR, LLM, RAG, TTS).
• Lead context-aware multimodal AI agents with real-time voice interaction.
