Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI Native Engineer to design and productionize GenAI solutions on the Databricks Intelligence Platform. The role embeds with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor to define use cases, prototype, and deploy agentic workflows in complex enterprise environments.

You’ll work with Mosaic AI, LangChain and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), building robust MLOps pipelines, instrumentation and governance with Unity Catalog. Travel 25–75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of engineering on Databricks and large-scale data projects.
• 5+ years Python/Java experience; production AI/ML experience required.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and cloud AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, and observability.
• Build RAG and multi-agent systems on Databricks using Mosaic AI and Vector Search.
• Develop data foundations on Lakehouse (Delta Lake, DLT) and Unity Catalog governance.
• Deploy agentic applications across finance, healthcare, and retail sectors.
• Conduct design workshops and proofs of concept with client stakeholders.
• Define metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Operate CI/CD pipelines and MLOps throughout the ML/LLM lifecycle.
• Integrate LLM solutions via APIs, monitoring, and prompt management.
