Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in building cloud-native AI agents for enterprise environments. You will design, deploy, and run agentic workflows that scale across modern infrastructure, partnering with stakeholders to define use cases, prototype, and deliver robust solutions.

You will work directly with clients and ecosystem partners to shape playbooks for AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in end-to-end software engineering and SDLC
• 8+ years' experience in cloud-native engineering and AI tooling
• 3+ years' hands-on with agentic AI solutions
• 2+ years' experience delivering AI agentic platforms
• 1.5+ years' experience with semantics, knowledge graphs, or enterprise knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and tool invocation
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) for seamless integration
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD for scalable AI-native systems
• Tailor agentic workflows for finance, healthcare, and retail
