Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with deep expertise building cloud-native AI agents to augment enterprise workflows. You will design, build, and run agentic systems that scale across modern infrastructure and help enterprises adopt AI at scale.

In this hybrid role, you will work with clients, define use cases, prototype quickly, and ensure robust, secure deployments with measurable outcomes across finance, healthcare, and retail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Python/Java with production deployments.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and CI/CD.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with lifecycle observability.
• AI Platform Integration: integrate providers for seamless enablement.
• Cloud-Native Engineering using Kubernetes, containers, serverless, CI/CD.
• Domain-Specific Workflows across finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Client Engagement: run design workshops and POCs with stakeholders.
• Measure: define metrics and test harnesses for accuracy, latency, cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: produce reusable patterns and docs for roadmaps.
