Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned AI/ML Senior Architect to design and scale enterprise-grade AI agent platforms across public, private, and sovereign clouds. You will partner with clients to shape AI strategy, architect reference solutions, and deliver agent frameworks leveraging GenAI, foundation models, and data engineering.

The role covers end-to-end architecture, agent orchestration, governance, security, and MLOps, leading engineering teams from ideation to production deployment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience with AI technologies from public/cloud providers and third-party tooling.
• 4+ years engineering large-scale AI/ML solutions on at least one major public cloud.
• 2+ years experience with AI platforms (Claude/open-source) and agent orchestration tools.
• Experience designing scalable Agentic AI and Generative AI platforms used by multiple solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; if associate degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-ready AI agent systems including retrieval, orchestration, governance, and observability.
• Lead architecture workshops; define requirements and TCO for AI solutions.
• Evaluate and select technologies for full-stack AI platforms; build financial viability models.
• Create architectural blueprints for multi-agent, security, governance, and DevOps layers.
• Design knowledge graphs and semantic layers to enable enterprise-scale AI agents.
• Ensure scalability, security, governance, and performance across clouds; guide engineering teams.
• Develop reusable AI components and reference architectures across engagements.
• Stand up custom agent frameworks and reference architectures across providers.
• Run AgentOps/LLMOps, AI governance and security, and drive MLOps for ML/LLM lifecycles.
