N-iX is seeking a GenAI Adoption Lead/AI Architect to drive discovery and early implementation of an enterprise AI-assisted SDLC transformation for a global healthcare client. This hands-on role blends GenAI solution architecture, agentic engineering, AI adoption, and technical discovery.

You will evolve an existing agentic engineering framework into a scalable production-ready model, shape architecture, drive adoption, and translate AI capabilities into measurable engineering outcomes,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, architecture, leadership or consulting with strong focus on Generative AI.
• Proven experience leading GenAI adoption and AI-assisted SDLC transformations.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, prompts and tool calling.
• Experience designing enterprise GenAI architectures with guardrails and observability.
• Familiarity with AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or OpenAI Codex.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, CI/CD, APIs and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, assessments, gaps, and roadmaps; drive measurable outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, workshop facilitation, stakeholder mgmt and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and AI adoption assessment across SDLC, tools, and processes.
• Evaluate current AI/agentic framework, identify gaps, define target state.
• Define GenAI solution architecture and integration approach with CI/CD and Jira/Confluence.
• Translate findings into a prioritized transformation roadmap with decisions.
• Design agentic workflows with prompts, context, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Establish AI governance, observability and telemetry with security and compliance.
• Lead pilot execution end-to-end and convert learnings into repeatable engineering practices.
