Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced M&A strategist to lead GenAI-enabled deal services for Fortune 500 clients in the US. You will guide growth, portfolio and transformation strategies across the deal lifecycle and own client relationships.

You will mentor teams of strategy consultants, develop proposals, and shape go-to-market offerings with AI capabilities. Travel may be required to support client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
12+ years in strategy consulting, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity with strong M&A focus.
5+ years in originating and closing new opportunities, including proposals and BD.

Responsibilities

Lead M&A strategy engagements from inception to execution with measurable client impact.
Own client relationships and drive deal theses, due diligence, integration planning and divestiture strategies.
Develop AI-enabled frameworks and playbooks to accelerate deal value creation.
