You will lead workstreams, manage complex programs, and influence strategy while traveling as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in AI/Data strategy are required; a Master’s is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI and Data Strategy experience including enterprise & function-specific data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management and analysis.
• 5+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years of leading workstreams and delivering to deadlines.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and data platform blueprint and operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver the strategy with revenue upside and cost-out opportunities.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, plan partnerships, and define operating model for innovation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
