Job summary

Deloitte Consulting is seeking an experienced Manager and Technical Architect to deliver high‑quality work products on time. You will mentor teams, coordinate with onsite/offshore staff, and drive end-to-end architecture for full‑stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, data, cloud, and integration layers.

You will design scalable, secure solutions using microservices, serverless, and event-driven patterns, while providing technical leadership for AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full stack software engineering and technical leadership.
• Experience delivering production-grade enterprise applications with modern frontend and backend stacks.
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures (microservices, serverless, event-driven).
• Experience deploying on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on AI/GenAI integration in enterprise apps.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; travel up to 20%.
• Active cloud certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and deliver high quality technical solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, data, cloud, and integration layers.
• Lead end-to-end architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Mentor junior through senior engineers to improve engineering maturity.
• Support CI/CD, release governance, testing strategy, and deployment practices.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to plan technical roadmaps.
