Job summary

Fa Ewjt Saasfaprod1 is hiring a BI & Analytics Manager to own how the business turns data into decisions. You will lead a team of analysts and BI developers, set the reporting strategy, and bring Generative AI into modern reporting, from natural-language querying to auto-generated narrative insights.

You will define and own the BI roadmap, standardize metrics, oversee executive dashboards and self-service analytics, partner with data engineering, enforce governance, and mentor your team to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in data-related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in BI, analytics or reporting, including 2+ years leading or managing a team.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one major BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Qlik).
• Strong SQL skills and data warehousing concepts (star schema, ETL/ELT, semantic layers).
• Experience delivering executive-level reports and analytics guiding business decisions.
• Knowledge of GenAI in reporting; pilot/project experience preferred.

• Define and own the BI roadmap aligned to business KPIs.
• Standardize metrics and reporting so teams use one trusted data version.
• Decide what to build, buy, or retire across dashboards and semantic models.
• Oversee design and delivery of executive dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Translate business questions into clear analysis, recommendations and data stories.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, documented and easy to use.
