Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an AI-native Data Analytics Team Lead to guide a fast-growing analytics group. You will manage a team of analysts, shape the analytics roadmap, and partner with executives to turn data into actionable business insights.

You will work hands-on with dbt, BigQuery, Looker, and GitHub, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and scale operations across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business, growth, or data analytics within a fast-paced SaaS or web company.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading a team of Data Analysts.
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate needs into actionable insights.
• Advanced SQL and production experience with dbt including data modeling and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Data Analysts, including setting goals and providing feedback.
• Own the team’s priorities and analytical roadmap for high-impact business needs.
• Define and drive standards across data modeling, SQL, dbt, testing, code reviews, and BI.
• Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to define KPIs and translate data into recommendations.
• Lead analyses and development of scalable data models and Looker dashboards.
• Ensure data quality and investigate anomalies and inconsistent metrics.
• Drive AI-native workflows by turning analyses into automated processes.
• Stay hands-on with data, code, and analysis for complex problems.
