Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Technical Architect to define and drive the Hercules C3 platform architecture, emphasizing AI-enabled capabilities and governance. You will partner with product owners, engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions and ensure interoperability across applications.

You will mentor teams, establish technical standards, and evaluate emerging technologies while enabling rapid deployment through reusable frameworks and reference implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering cloud solutions on AWS with architectural accountability.
• Experience designing CI/CD and operational excellence practices (DevSecFinOps, SRE, SLOs/SLIs).
• Experience with security and data governance practices (IAM, KMS, auditing).
• Familiarity with GenAI integration patterns, RAG, and tool/function calling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive overall architecture for Hercules C3 platform.
• Lead end-to-end solution design with product, engineering, and data teams.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns and reference implementations.
• Architect API-first and event-driven solutions for scalable integrations.
• Ensure architectural governance and align with enterprise patterns.
