Job summary

IEHP is looking for a Transformation Gemba Coach to enhance enterprise continuous improvement capabilities through Gemba-based coaching. This role involves working with leaders and STAR facilitators to ensure the consistent application of Lean methodologies and operational excellence principles.

Your responsibilities will include coaching, problem-solving enablement, and developing centralized transformation resources.

Responsibilities

Coach and strengthen the application of Gemba practices across leaders.
Partner with STAR leadership to support intake assessment and charter development.
Establish and reinforce STAR-aligned problem-solving approaches.
Develop and maintain a suite of transformation methodologies and frameworks.
Partner with leaders to establish industry-standard transformation practices.
Monitor effectiveness of leader-led and facilitator-led approaches.
Reinforce application of enterprise transformation principles across initiatives.
Drive awareness and sustained adoption of problem-solving approaches.
Identify system improvement opportunities and inform strategic priorities.
Perform any other duties as required.
