Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader to own and scale the Lean Management System across manufacturing, field operations, and support functions.

You will coach CI managers, coordinate external Lean consultants, and develop training curriculums enabling 140 managers to lead improvement initiatives. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leaders on gemba walks, leader standard work, and visual management, extending Lean into office and digital

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Operational Excellence, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity, leading CI/Operational Excellence teams or enterprise-level transformations.
• Experience building and sustaining a Lean Management System across multiple locations or business units.
• Strong manufacturing operations background with Lean in high-volume, multi-site environments.
• Proven experience with Leader Standard Work, Daily Management Systems, Gemba, Visual Management, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lean Management System across manufacturing, field, installation, branches, and support functions.
• Coach and develop CI Managers to align areas and solve location-specific problems.
• Coordinate outside Lean consultants and converge their work into the Wisenbaker system.
• Develop curriculum, training, routines, and coaching for ~140 managers to lead Continuous Improvement.
• Collaborate with CEO and Senior Leadership on gemba walks, leader standard work, and visual controls.
