Qualifications

• Experience in autobody or industrial painting in marine or boat manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow work orders.
• Must wear respirator and work in heat with fumes.
• Detail oriented and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to check color in which area.
• Assure proper taping has been performed.
• Use air and airless spray guns to apply gel coat and/or flake to molds in required thickness.
• Move boat molds and/or small parts in and out of gel coat booth.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment and spray booth.
• Any other duties assigned.
