Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop lamination schedules for new and existing products.
• Create and maintain lamination cut sheets, stroke targets, and part weight targets.
• Knowledgeable of gelcoat properties, application, and equipment.
• Knowledgeable of flotation foam properties, application, and equipment.
• Coordinate and facilitate new product start-ups, including new equipment planning and fixture development.
• Provide direction and training to CI Techs and review Standard Work Instructions.
• Maintain BOM updates and document product assembly changes.
• Investigate variances and implement countermeasures to quality problems.
