Bass Pro Shops is seeking a detail‑oriented Gel Coat Applicator to join our production team in Northern Kentucky. You will apply gel coat to hull and deck molds using hand operated spray equipment, adhering to color, finish and thickness specifications on the production schedule.

The role requires safety compliance, ability to lift light to moderate loads, and follow health and chemical protocols. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with training provided on our safety programs and

Responsibilities

• Operates spray gun to apply gel coat to molds per production schedule.
• Pulls tape on deck or hull molds.
• Maintains and cleans test gel coating equipment.
• Keeps work area clean and environmentally safe.
• Follows all health, safety and chemical protocols.
