Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks a Gelcoat Spray Operator to apply gel coat to production hull and deck molds using hand-operated spray equipment. You will follow the production schedule to ensure color, finish, and thickness accuracy while maintaining equipment and a clean work area.

The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards, and ability to work in extreme environments. Training and PPE compliance are essential. This is a full-time on-site position at our Arkansas facility.

Qualifications

• Must follow all safety standards and procedures.
• Positive attitude and high dependability.
• Adhere to all quality standards as processes evolve.
• Pass a pulmonary function test and wear a respirator.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray gun to apply gel coat to molds as per schedule.
• Prepare and tape deck or hull molds as needed.
• Maintain and clean gel coating equipment.
• Keep work area clean and environmentally safe.
• Follow health, safety and chemical protocols.
