Qualifications

• Must be able to work early morning hours (5:00 a.m.) and maintain flexible shifts.
• Must wear respirator for extended periods.
• Able to read a mil-gauge and understand color specifications.
• Read/write English and mix/apply color on decks or hulls.
• Must have good color sensitivity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray equipment to apply gel coat and/or flake as per order specifications.
• Read work orders to identify color and area to coat.
• Ensure proper taping and masking before spraying.
• Move boat molds in and out of gel coat booth as needed.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment and spray booth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
