BrainWorks in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial growth of its clinically focused product portfolio. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Several years of Product Management experience, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or clinically oriented industry.
  • Experience managing multiple products/SKUs.
  • Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management and commercial strategy.
  • Experience supporting or leading product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and lifecycle management for assigned products and SKUs.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing and product plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, market penetration and customer adoption of existing products.
  • Develop strategies to maximize the potential of mature products within the portfolio.
  • Support new product launches from strategy and planning through commercialization.
  • Partner with Sales to understand customer needs, market dynamics and field opportunities.
  • Use CRM data, customer insights and market information to identify trends and inform product strategy.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, sales tools and other commercial resources.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and other subject-matter experts to translate technical information into compelling commercial messaging.
  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations and other teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends and customer needs.
  • Analyze product performance and recommend strategies to address opportunities or challenges.
  • Support product education and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for the assigned product portfolio.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple products or SKUs rather than a single-product portfolio.
  • Experience managing both established products and new launches is particularly valuable.
  • This role requires someone who can influence without relying on direct authority.

Location: Princeton, NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — Tuesday & Wednesday in office; Monday, Thursday & Friday remote
Travel: Approximately 25%

Our client is an established medical device company with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and high-quality products. The organization is entering a period of increased commercial growth and is expanding its Product Management team to support the continued development of its portfolio.

The Opportunity

The Product Manager will have responsibility for the strategy, lifecycle management and commercial growth of assigned products within a clinically focused portfolio.

This individual will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D and other cross‑functional partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies and execute initiatives that strengthen product performance and support future growth.

The role will include both managing established products and supporting new product launches, making this a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing day‑to‑day product ownership with longer‑term strategic initiatives.
