• Use CRM, market data and customer insights to inform product strategy.
• Develop positioning, messaging, sales tools and commercial programs.
• Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to accelerate growth.
• Serve as a senior product resource across the organization.
• Mentor or provide guidance to other Product Management team members as appropriate.

Location: Princeton, NJ

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Tuesday & Wednesday in office; Monday, Thursday & Friday remote

As the organization enters a period of increased commercial growth, they are expanding their Product Management team with a Senior Product Manager to lead a complex portfolio and drive continued growth.

The Opportunity

The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, lifecycle and commercial growth of a mature, multi-product portfolio, while also supporting new product launches

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong strategic thinking, commercial insight and the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle management across a complex portfolio and multiple SKUs
• Develop annual marketing plans and strategies to drive growth within established products

Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidate will have:

• Proven Product Management experience in medical device, biologics, biomaterials or another clinically focused industry
• Experience managing multiple products/SKUs and mature portfolios
• Strong experience with product lifecycle management and commercial strategy
• New product launch experience
• Experience developing annual marketing plans
• Strong analytical and market-oriented thinking
• Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, highly organized "driver" mentality

Biomaterials or tissue-regeneration experience is strongly preferred. Dental experience is a plus but not required.
