Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a Product Manager to support HCP marketing efforts, shaping brand strategy and executing tactical plans. You will partner cross-functionally to deliver impactful programs and manage initiatives from concept to execution in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

The role emphasizes independence, ownership of key initiatives, and growth within biotech/pharmaceutical marketing, with involvement in product launches and cross-functional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage HCP marketing tactics for assigned brands or products.
  • Lead tactical initiatives from concept development through approval, production, and deployment.
  • Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs effectively.
  • Support the development of annual brand plans, including strategy, positioning, messaging, and tactical execution.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage HCP-facing materials such as sales aids, educational resources, digital campaigns, websites, email programs, and media initiatives.
  • Track and measure performance of key marketing initiatives through relevant KPIs and analytics.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Support market research activities and customer insight generation.
  • Participate in promotional review processes and collaborate with legal, regulatory, and medical stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Engage with field sales teams to understand customer needs and improve resource utilization.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, customer environment, and market dynamics.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across projects.
  • Support additional commercial and marketing initiatives as needed.

Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will support healthcare professional (HCP) marketing efforts by helping develop brand strategy, executing tactical plans, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver impactful programs. You will manage marketing initiatives from concept through execution, collaborate with agency and internal stakeholders, and leverage customer insights to drive effective engagement.

The Product Manager will support commercialized and/or launch products, communicating brand strategies and executing marketing tactics with a high degree of independence.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word).
Preferred
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • PharmD or other advanced healthcare-related degree.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
  • Experience supporting product launches and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Exposure to promotional review processes and cross-functional commercial teams.

Salary and Benefits
