Job description

About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who is not only passionate about building meaningful digital products but is also a strong decision‑maker, a structured thinker, and a natural problem solver.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will design and lead the entire lifecycle for one or more strategic initiatives. This includes product strategy, planning, and execution from the initial concept through the launch, iteration, and growth phases. You’ll collaborate closely with the design & engineering to work in cross‑functional teams, take ownership of complex product areas, guiding them from insight to execution and drive features to success.

You should be able to manage complexity, visually articulate your thinking, and independently structure your work while staying aligned with company goals. As a senior team member, you'll also play a key role in mentoring and coaching other product managers, shaping the product practice as our team and company scale.

The Senior Product Manager is pivotal in guiding the company through growth. They take a more active role in strategy and leadership while still being hands‑on in execution, bridging the gap between tactical efforts and long‑term vision.

What You’ll Own
  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for key areas, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
    • Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives with measurable impact.
    • Identify and assess new market opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
    • Use advanced analytical techniques to forecast trends and assess the impact of product initiatives.
    • Advocate for product priorities in operational and executive‑level discussions.
    • Own one or more product areas (e.g., core functionalities/components, user data analytics, etc.).
  • Decision‑Making & Problem Solving
    • Make thoughtful, confident product decisions informed by user insights, data, business priorities, and technical constraints.
    • Decompose complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear, structured hypotheses and solutions.
    • Develop sketches, frames and prototypes to explore and validate solutions.
    • Resolve roadblocks by aligning cross‑functional teams toward shared outcomes.
  • Customer & Marketing Insight
    • Lead user research initiatives to understand pain points and test product concepts.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners to gather strategic insights.
    • Champion a customer‑first mindset across the organization.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to inform differentiation and innovation opportunities.
  • Execution & Cross Functional Leadership
    • Lead cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, and others) through the full product lifecycle.
    • Drive Discovery, Solve, Build, and Monitoring phases to ensure delivery of high‑quality features.
    • Ensure clarity of purpose, scope, and outcomes throughout execution.
    • Collaborate closely with design and engineering during planning, implementation, and QA.
    • Track qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure product success and use insights to iterate and refine strategies.
  • Communication & Visualization
    • Clearly communicate product decisions, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
    • Frame and articulate complex ideas using visual tools such as diagrams, frameworks, and process flows to drive understanding and alignment.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship
    • Mentor and support product managers, sharing best practices and guiding career development.
    • Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and growing the product team.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal product processes and tools.
    • Lead by example in promoting ownership, quality thinking, and operational excellence across the team.
What You Need To Succeed
  • Prior experience in the area of software Product Management with 5-10 years of experience in a related or other regulated environment, with a proven track record of shipping high‑impact products.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in product management tools

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and developing other team members.
