Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager for Geared Motors to drive revenue growth and expand industrial markets across the Northeast and select national accounts. The role builds long-term customer relationships, collaborates with product teams, and supports strategy and market development in a high-visibility, remote-capable position.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in BD or sales for geared motors, strong presentation and relationship skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 10+ years in business development or sales (geared motor experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-directed with ability to operate in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in forecasting, planning, and presenting growth strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead market development and growth initiatives across all geared motor product lines.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Develop strategies with portfolio and product teams to address emerging trends.
• Support new business deals, proposals, and contract integration with operations.
• Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships.
• Partner with sales teams and leadership to evaluate performance and refine strategy.
• Deliver technical and sales training to internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
• Enhance customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Represent Innomotics at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
