Job description

This is a Contracted position in the field of Commercial, Corporate, & Pro Video Production, located in Brooklyn, NY.

The position pays $25.00 — $25.00 per hour.

Role Overview

• We’re a live events company with a fully remote team, producing 20+ conferences in cities across the country. We’re looking for a New York based, reliable person to be our go to support for event gear. This is a behind-the-scenes role focused on inventory management, gear prep, shipping logistics, and BOH production support. You’ll work out of our DUMBO, Brooklyn gear storage space, handling inventory, packing and unpacking cases, shipping logistics and keeping our event gear in good shape.
• This is a part time contract position with flexible scheduling and the potential for an ongoing working relationship.

Responsibilities

• Preparing gear for shipment, transport, and storage
• Working with professional production equipment and road cases
• Understanding on-site etiquette and how production teams operate
• Could eventually involve travel to our live events to support with setup, gear & BOH productions

Additional Details

• Contract position (approximately 10–15 hours per month)
• Flexible scheduling. Gear gets shipped prior to event days, choose your in-office prep days based on availability

Rate: $25/hour

Experience
