Job summary

Hall and Mirrors is seeking a reliable Production Assistant for a social media content shoot in Washington Square Park, NYC, on 7/24 at 10am. This paid freelance role supports the producer and creative director, handles release forms, and keeps paperwork organized.

There could be a longer-term relationship with ~10 hours/week of remote production support, including casting submissions, talent coordination, scheduling, and managing production docs. NYC-based and organized candidates preferred.

This is a Contracted position in the field of Production Coordinator / Project Management , located in New York, NY .

We’re looking for a reliable, organized Production Assistant to help with a social media content shoot in Washington Square Park on 7/24 at 10am.

For this shoot, responsibilities include:

• Assisting the producer and creative director throughout the day
• Helping distribute and collect participant release forms
• Keeping paperwork organized
• Helping coordinate talent and keeping the shoot moving smoothly
• General production support wherever needed

This is a paid freelance position.

We’re also looking to build a longer-term relationship with the right person. If you have production experience—or you’re organized, proactive, and eager to learn—there is an opportunity for approximately 10 hours per week of ongoing remote production support, including:

• Managing Actors Access and casting submissions
• Coordinating talent
• Scheduling auditions and shoot days
• Tracking production documents and releases
• General production coordination and administrative support

• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Strong communication skills
