Job summary

Youth Powersports Missoula is seeking a gear and apparel specialist to help customers find the right riding gear, apparel and accessories. You will guide choices, merchandise displays, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

This full-time role starts at $16.00 per hour with commissions and bonuses; the position offers benefits including health insurance and employee discounts for brand products.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, apparel, or powersports experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Passion for powersports gear and lifestyle (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain a clientele while meeting monthly sales goals.
• Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting riding apparel, helmets, gloves, and lifestyle gear.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and product knowledge from leading brands.
• Assist in merchandising, displays, and seasonal inventory changes.
• Set and maintain store standards for a welcoming and clean environment.
