Job summary

Young Powersports of Missoula Montana is seeking a Retail Sales Cashier to help customers find the right gear and accessories, both in store and by phone. You will play a key role in merchandising, inventory handling, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The position starts at $15 per hour and includes a bonus structure tied to department success. This is a full-time role with benefits and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, apparel, or powersports experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Passion for powersports gear and lifestyle.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to customers both in person and over phone
• Rotate, receive, and track inventory
• Assist in merchandising, displays, and seasonal inventory changes
• Collaborate with the Sales teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Keep a welcome and clean showroom area
• Process transactions for guests and complete guest profiles
