Job summary

Young Powersports in Missoula is seeking a Retail Sales Cashier to be the go-to expert for riding gear, apparel and accessories. You’ll help customers find the right gear and provide expert guidance in person and over the phone.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with a bonus structure based on department success. Full-time benefits include health options, employee pricing, and family discounts. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, apparel, or powersports experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Passion for powersports gear and lifestyle (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
• Weekends Required

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to customers both in person and over phone
• Rotate, receive, and track inventory
• Assist in merchandising, displays, and seasonal inventory changes
• Collaborate with the Sales teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Keep a welcome and clean showroom area
