Young Powersports in Missoula is seeking a Gear and Apparel Specialist who loves Powersports and helping customers find the right riding gear, helmets, gloves, and lifestyle apparel. You will become the go-to expert for branded gear, accessories, and all-season fashion to match our riders' rides.

This full-time role offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses, with a family‑owned, people‑first culture and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, apparel, or powersports experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Passion for powersports gear and lifestyle.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain a clientele while meeting monthly sales goals
• Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting riding apparel, helmets, gloves, and lifestyle gear
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and product knowledge from leading brands
• Assist in merchandising, displays, and seasonal inventory changes
• Set and maintain store standards for a welcoming and clean environment
