Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Atlanta to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that improve IT service management and operational workflows.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems, mentoring junior developers and staying current with platform features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HAM.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
