Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Government Contract Services to lead engagements across the government contracting lifecycle. You will manage workstreams, supervise teams, and analyze complex data to deliver practical compliance recommendations for pricing, cost accounting and procurement.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in the field, CPA/CFE/CFA designation, and deep knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARS and 2 CFR 200. A driver’s license is helpful for travel to client sites and EY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Possess at least one professional designation, such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• In depth knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 and related labor standards.
• Experience with government audits and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engagements across the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise teams, analyze complex data and craft practical recommendations.
• Help clients assess compliance risks, respond to audits and improve cost accounting structures.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and practice development within GCS.
